ECE_WORKSHOP ON ESP32 INTERFACING

The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering organized a one-day workshop on ESP32 Programming on 30th August 2025. The resource person for the workshop was Dr. M. Reji, HOD and Professor of ECE The workshop began with an introduction to the architecture and features of the ESP32, including its dual-core processor, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, GPIO, ADC, DAC, and sensor interfacing capabilities. Students learned how to set up the Arduino IDE for programming ESP32 and how to interface sensors such as temperature, humidity, and motion detectors. The resource person also demonstrated real-time data transmission over Wi-Fi, cloud connectivity, and simple automation projects using ESP32.
