Rohini College of Engineering & Technology hosted the Young Indians Parliament 2026, a flagship initiative of Young Indians (Yi), Kanyakumari, in association with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and One Bharat Spirit. The programme was conducted on 6th and 7th August 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The event provided young participants with a platform to experience the spirit of parliamentary democracy through debates, discussions, decision-making, and leadership activities. Students actively participated in parliamentary-style sessions, expressed their views on important issues, and developed their communication, critical-thinking, teamwork, and leadership skills.

The programme encouraged students to become confident young leaders and responsible citizens, highlighting the importance of youth participation in nation-building. The event concluded with an inspiring message: “Where Young Minds Shape the Nation – Debate | Decide | Drive.”
