Women’s Day was celebrated on 28th February 2026 at Rohini College of Engineering and Technology. The program was organized jointly by the Dina Thanth and Rohini College of Engineering and Technology. The celebration aimed to highlight women’s empowerment and the importance of technology and innovation in women’s development. The District Collector,Mrs.R.Alagumeena, IAS, attended the event as the chief guest. District Collector delivered an inspiring speech and motivated the students to develop confidence, gain knowledge in technology, and work towards a successful future.
The program was conducted in the college Company Hall, where many students and staff members participated in the event. Various competitions such as singing, dancing, and speech competitions were organized for the students. Many participants actively took part and showcased their talents.  At the end of the event, prizes and certificates were distributed to the winners of the competitions. The celebration was inspiring and memorable for all the students and encouraged them to achieve their goals.
