A three-day Orientation programme was organized for the newly recruited faculty members of the academic year 2025-26 (Even Semester) from 04.12.2025 to 06.12.2025. The programme was conducted for 12 sessions with 12 resource persons (both internal and external). The sessions were initiated with the introduction of institutional values, code of conduct and faculty’s roles and responsibilities. Dr.Umaiyoorubagan, Former COE, NICHE and Dr.Saviour Dhas, Former Professor & Head/English, St. Judes College, Thuthoor delivered the lectures on ‘Faculty Roles in Student Engagement’ and ‘Technology for Student-Centric Teaching- Building a Positive Classroom Climate.’ Many management games sessions were conducted to involve the faculty members in real-time activity. Academic planning and its design was focused with sessions on teaching methodologies and industry & community based project works.
