The Institution has been recognized as a Research centre by Anna University vide Letter No. 4670/RDR/EC/AR2 dt 04.08.2025. This facilitates interaction with Anna University for collaborative research for the purpose of pursuing Ph.D. / M.S. (By Research) programmes.

This recognition is renewed once in three years in compliance with the required norms for research centers as applicable.
